“In 2009 I helped start the non profit organization Quest For A Cure and helped raise money to save at the time a complete stranger, 8 year old Benjamin Martin who suffered from a cancerous tumor. During that time I was dealing the a close family member suffering from cancer herself. On May 23rd 2010 my cousin Latasha Stokes lost her fight with cancer. Detroit’s hip hop community has once again got together to help make a miracle happen! I want to invite you out to a great night of entertainment to raise money to help with funeral expenses for my cousin and celebrate LIFE. I would like to thank ALL artists that reached out to help and those that have made donations to the cause.” – Quest MCODY
